Xcode Cloud: The page you’re looking for can’t be found.

We started seeing an access issue today when attempting to go to the Xcode Cloud tab in App Store Connect. When you navigate to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/teams/:teamId/apps/:appId/ci we're seeing the following message:

  • The page you’re looking for can’t be found.
  • The page you’re looking for does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it.

I am the account holder so it shouldn't be a permissions issue. Is there an ongoing outage or problem in Xcode Cloud? And, if so, where can I monitor this accurately?

@relsyrc

Please sign your PLA, then let us know whether the issue still occurs.

I've been having a similar issue for the past 2 days. In my personal account and in the account of the company I work for. I checked PLA, it is signed.

Same issue here

Same issue here, it was working just fine last week.

same issue here for a few days, how is it even possible? The best ever engineers on the planet have their Cloud down for a week with no CI/CD on ALL THE PROJECTS with NO INFORMATION, NO NOTIFICATION, NO ADVICE, NO WARNING, NO SUPPORT, NO RESPONSE FROM TECH TEAM

Same issue here, PLA is signed and I still see the error when I try to open Xcode Cloud page.

I have the same problem! In support advised 1. Sign out of Xcode and sign in again. 2. Quit Xcode, restart, and then open it again. 3. Verify that the account credentials you are signing in with are correct. 4. Confirm that Xcode and macOS versions are up to date.

This is ridiculous.

The same issue with Xcode Cloud everywhere

@DTS Engineer I created a post from the wrong account. The account I have access to has a signed PLA, and everything is fine with it. But there is still a problem.

@DTS Engineer I created the post on the correct account. On which the Xcode cloud was working at the beginning of July, but has now stopped working.

Same issue here. Error in browser console: URL: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ci/api/teams/long_team_number Status: 403

Same issue here. I’m also getting a 403 error. I’m an admin and account holder in my team.

Wait, are we all from Russia by any chance? Maybe Apple blocked access based on region without any announcement?

Yep, maybe I right. Error message in Xcode:

This Apple Developer Program account cannot utilize Xcode Cloud. Records indicate that your business entity is located in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus, which are currently subject to restrictions by various jurisdictions.
