I am trying to list all the installed FS modules.
fetchInstalledExtensions seems to only list the system installed modules (exfat.appex and msdos.appex), even though System Settings --> General --> Login Items and Extensions --> File System Extension lists my custom one and is turned on.
Is this the expected behavior?

This is related to FSKit, I tried tagging it, but it didn't seem to work
It’s a bug. I saw this before too (FB18398975). I was told it’s fixed in macOS 26 beta 6 (25A5338b), and in my tests this appears to be the case.
