Hello, is it allowed to use Foundation Model in the app? Will it work when launched on the jury's device, or will it not work because the jury will not enable Apple Intelligence?

Submissions are judged offline, so any Apple Intelligence or Foundation Model features included should run entirely on device without connectivity. All resources must be included directly in the ZIP file.
Pro tip: you can mention in your submission notes where Apple Intelligence is used, just for reviewer clarity.
If everything works offline during submission, you are all set.
