Unable to download or run iOS 14.x Simulator on macOS 26 (Xcode 26.2)

Hello,

Is there currently any workaround to install and run an iOS 14.x simulator on macOS 26?

So far, I have checked Xcode 26.2, and the oldest simulator runtime available there appears to be iOS 15.0. I may be missing something, so I wanted to confirm if anyone has found a way to use iOS 14.x on this macOS version.

Thank you.

You're not missing anything — Xcode 26.2 supports the iOS 15 simulators and above. The Xcode Support webpage has a table of information with the supported simulator version range.

Most likely the iOS 14 simulators aren't compatible with your version of macos. The simulators use the macos core to simulate the ios core and that can change to a point it can no longer simulate that version of ios
