Hello Apple Support,

I’m experiencing an issue on the “Create Your Apple Account” page.

After filling in all required information, the “Continue” button remains disabled and cannot be clicked. This issue occurs consistently across all browsers I’ve tested.

I’ve already tried:

  • Different browsers (Safari, Chrome, etc.)
  • Private / Incognito mode
  • Refreshing and re-entering the information

However, the problem still persists.

Could you please help check or reset the account creation state for my Apple ID?
