All notarization submissions stuck "In Progress"

From what I can tell, it seems that this is something standard that we have to deal with; however, what is annoying and frustrating is I paid good money to have this service work. My application is for important internal use at our company, and this is causing major issues and starting to make me look pretty bad, frankly. On top of that, there is no feedback at all, no reason given.

It's been hours now! My colleagues are waiting on my release updates.

took 12 hours! also with failures on your end. This. is not acceptable folks

You can expect that most uploads will be notarised quickly. Occasionally, some uploads are held for in-depth analysis and may take longer to complete. As you notarise your apps, the system will learn how to recognise them, and you should see fewer delays.

24 hours later, problem alive....

OK. My experience is that this “in-depth analysis” clears by itself, usually after a day or two, and that’s exactly how it panned out for shaneholloman.
