VisionOS: << FigVideoTargetRemoteXPC >> signalled err=-15562

visionOS 26.5, xcode26.5 - app terminated with exit code 9 then crashed and rebooted the entire device (Apple Vision Pro). I was connected to the Xcode debugger when this happened, and it didn't crash in any of our code. Memory and CPU usage was low at the time. Any idea what could be causing the issue? Some logs:
