Hey All,
My company has submitted no less than four requests over the last couple months trying to get approved to use the advanced commerce API. We have an approved app version, provided the product ID for what we want to use it for, just have never heard back. Anytime we call apple support, they take the submission ID and escalate it, then its radio silence from there.
Wanted to see if anyone ran into this issue and how they got around it. We have been waiting around 2 months to be approved. Have not received a rejection, update, or anything that could shed some light into whats going on.
Any pointers/help on this would be greatly appreciated!
