26.6 is officially out https://developer.apple.com/documentation/ios-ipados-release-notes/ios-ipados-26_6-release-notes but I can't fetch the newest simulator for Xcode
this command also doesn't work
xcodebuild -downloadPlatform iOS -exportPath ~/Downloads -buildVersion 26.6 -> iOS 26.6 is not available for download

I am experiencing the same situation on my end. There is no simulator for IOS 26.6. The App review team wants me to test my app on IOS 26.6 but no simulator for IOS 26.6 is found.
As already mentioned by @pacholak, the Xcode 26.6 comes bundled up with runtimes upto 26.5 and no 26.6 simulator is found. Xcode 26.6 is part of the 26.6 release.
@Claude31, I wasn't able to open the feedback assistant link. When I try to login, it keeps redirecting me to the IDMSA login page.
Was anyone able to resolve the issue? Any help is highly appreciated.

Same issue with this link.
On second request, you can cancel in the authorisation request and then backtrack in Safari.
Or open directly Feedback Assistant, and get release notes.
But I cannot find the release note anymore.
