Hello, My app Printopia just made it to the App Store and by the looks of it I can’t search for it. I have to click on the link every time. Also the stripe gateway stopped working and I can’t add my bank account details when signing as a seller.
Regarding your first issue, I’m not sure whether you’re report a problem in your app or a problem with App Store. If it’s the latter, you should start a new thread over in App Store Distribution & Marketing > General.
Regarding your second issue, that appears to be related to your third-party infrastructure and I recommend that you escalate it via their support channel.
