Hi everyone,
My Apple Developer Program membership was previously converted from an Individual membership to an Organization membership. I have not changed my Apple Account country or region.
My membership has now expired, and my apps are no longer available on the App Store. I am ready to pay the renewal fee immediately, but I cannot find a working renewal method:
- There is no “Renew Membership” button on the Apple Developer website.
- There is no renewal option in the Apple Developer app.
- I cannot find an Apple Developer subscription to renew in my Apple Account subscriptions.
I am signed in as the Account Holder for the organization.
I have already contacted Apple Developer Support, but so far I have only received an automated acknowledgment.
Has anyone experienced this after converting an Individual membership to an Organization membership? Could the conversion have affected the subscription or renewal configuration, requiring Developer Support to correct it?
I would appreciate any guidance on restoring the renewal option and getting my apps back on the App Store.
