if i try to take a screen shot of the iPhone duo simulator with the screen shot button at the bottom of the device hub, it turns out all black.
This only happens in the folded state.

This also happens in unfolded state. The only workaround right now is to quit the DeviceManager and restart it from scratch (sometimes couple of times). Eventually it will work again for some screenshots until it doesn't. Very annoying.
This has been broken since first beta. It's still broken in Xcode 27.1 RC.
Delivering a basic functionality seems to be very challenging for Apple in recent years.
Same here Only on "Partially open" and "Open" mode
One workaround I've found: use the "Screenshot" menu item from the Controls menu to take a screenshot instead. This works correctly, even when the screenshot button takes a black screen!
Thanks @lilidotshi yes is a none issue in the simulator, if you would like to get an email when the issue has been fixed I would recommend to file a bug and post it here so we can route and issue to the original bug.
