With Apple HomeView announced today, is there any developer guidance on designing and optimizing existing iOS applications for the new platform?

Very cool product!

CarPlay audio and video apps also work on Apple HomeView without requiring you to make any modifications to your app.

That's great. Is Apple going to expand the kinds of apps that can get approval for using CarPlay entitlement? For example, if you have an app for use in the kitchen (recipe app) but not appropriate for the car, will it get approval?
