On developer.apple.com, my Apple Developer Program License Agreement shows as “Accepted October 17, 2026”. App Store Connect still has the banner saying it “has been updated and needs to be reviewed”, and there’s no button to accept it. Because of this I can’t create an app, and the API returns FORBIDDEN.REQUIRED_AGREEMENTS_MISSING_OR_EXPIRED. I’ve signed out and back in and waited over 12 hours. How do I get this cleared?

Unfortunately this has been a new bug that so far, I've yet to see a valid solution or a case of it resolving. Some have recommended to reach out to support via phone call, which, I'll be doing tomorrow since there's an app of mine that refuses to notarize because of this newest issue
There may be a bug somewhere in the developer website. I was able to accept the agreement and clear that banner. But I've been unable to clear the expired credit card banner.
