Hi — submissions from my account have been stuck "In Progress" for 3+ days, and as of today even a tiny control probe is being held, while an identical probe submitted two days earlier was accepted in under an hour. Notary service status is green. This is blocking our first signed beta release.

The first probe passing quickly while an identical second probe now hangs suggests this is no longer just in-depth analysis of the large app. Either the whole account is now being held, or there is a service-side backlog window. Could you confirm which, and whether anything on our side is contributing? We have stopped resubmitting per the guidance in thread/814841. Happy to provide artifacts. Thank you!
