Enrollment Pending in Apple Developer App, but Web/Mac App Prompts to Pay Again

Hi everyone,

I recently tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program using the Apple Developer app on iOS and completed the payment process.

In the iOS app, my status currently shows "Enrollment Pending". However, when I log into the Apple Developer portal via a web browser or the Mac app, it doesn't recognize the payment and redirects me to the payment step again as if I haven't paid.

Payment Status: Completed & charged via Apple Developer iOS App.

Current App Status: Enrollment Pending.

Issue: Web/Mac portal is prompting to pay again instead of showing pending verification.

Has anyone experienced a similar delay or syncing issue between the iOS app purchase and the web portal? How long does it usually take to process, or should I contact Apple Developer Support immediately?

I would hold off on paying again until Developer Support checks the existing purchase. A charge going through and the membership becoming active are separate steps.

One thing worth checking is the account you used to enroll. Apple allows the Apple Account used for payment to be different from the enrollment account, so make sure the website is signed in to the enrollment account. You can check that in the Account tab of the Developer app.

How long ago did the payment complete? Apple says to contact support if you have not received membership confirmation within 24 hours. Send the receipt and enrollment details privately through the support form so they can check the purchase against your enrollment.
