Hi apple team,
we have a requirement where on certain pages, tabbar should not be displayed.
it worked on non iphone-duo phones by utilizing tabbar.isHidden = true
yet on iphone duo, it didnt work. is it a bug or are there a missing api that i didnt impl?

found the issue. when using setTabBarHidden() api instead of tabBar.isHidden, everything works fine on duo

Thank you for reporting, I'm seeing the same thing on my end. This could be a bug; From what I can see, nothing documented would explain this difference between devices.
I would like to share your report with the relevant engineering team to see if this is expected. You can get direct updates from that team, as well as requests for more information, if you file a report through Feedback Assistant.
Attach a minimal sample project, and steps to reproduce the issue.
I have my project I will upload and share to that report as well, and i'm curious to see yours. Your details about working on another iPhone, and the workaround, is much appreciated.
