i applied and fully paid for Developer access close to 3 weeks ago. im still stuck on pending. my address is the same for both Apple account and bank, i cant see any reason for my delay. i see many others in the same position i am in. this is completely unacceptable to pay for a service and being made to wait. if high demand is the reason for the delay then the payment should not have been taken until the account holder was given the Developer access. it really is poor service from Apple. has anyone else had the same experience and then eventually got resolution?
