Lighting disabled inside PortalComponent in Progressive/Full Immersion (visionOS 26.2)
Hello, I am experiencing an issue where lighting is disabled within a Portal Component specifically when using Progressive or Full Immersion styles in visionOS 26.2. [Steps to Reproduce] Create a scene in Reality Composer Pro with custom lighting (Directional Light, IBL, etc.) and load it as an Entity. Add a PortalComponent to this Entity. Observe the Entity in an ImmersiveSpace under different Immersion Styles. [Observed Behavior] Mixed Immersion: Lighting works as expected.Progressive / Full Immersion: Lighting is disabled, causing the content to render incorrectly. [Additional Context] Without PortalComponent: The same Reality Composer Pro scene renders lighting correctly across all Immersion Styles (Mixed, Progressive, and Full).Regression: In applications built with Xcode 16.4 / visionOS 2.5, lighting inside the Portal functioned correctly. This issue appears to have emerged with Xcode 26.2 and visionOS 26.2. [Questions] Is the disabling of lighting inside Portals during Full/Progressive Immersion an intended architectural change or optimization in visionOS 26.2? Are there any workarounds, such as specific PortalComponent configurations or new API flags, to re-enable lighting in these immersion modes? Thank you.

UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities values?
I've submitted my first AR app for iPhone and iPad to iTunes Connect. After sending a binary to iTunes Connect, I've received the following warning message. The app contains the following UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities values, which aren’t supported in visionOS: [arkit]. No. 1, my app doesn't support visionOS. No. 2, I don't have the UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities dictionary in info.plist. Why am I receiving this warning? One article related to this issue that I've read suggests that I remove the UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities dictionary. Well, I don't have it in my plist. What can I do with this warning message? 360° video playback Issue
When rendering an equirectangular video on a sphere using VideoMaterial and MeshResource.generateSphere(), there is a visible black seam line running vertically on the sphere. This appears to be at the UV seam where the texture coordinates wrap from 1.0 back to 0.0. The same video file plays without any visible seam in other 360° video players on Vision Pro, so the issue is not with the video content itself. Questions: Is the black seam a known limitation of MeshResource.generateSphere() when used with VideoMaterial for 360° video? Is there a recommended way to eliminate this UV seam — for example, a texture addressing mode or a specific mesh configuration that works with VideoMaterial? Is there an official sample project or code example for playing 360° equirectangular video in a fully immersive space on visionOS? That would be extremely helpful as a reference. Metal Compositor Service & Persona (VisionOS)
Hello, I'm currently trying to make a collaborative app. But it just works only on Reality View, when I tried to use Compositor Layer like below, the personas disappeared. it looks like one week after accepting as a nearby other AVP device... it expires since we are providing our clients for a timeless app to walk inside archtiecture, it's a shame that not technical staff should connect every week 5 devices to work together is there any roundabout for this issue or straight to the wishlist ? thanks for the support !!

Low-latency live streaming using APMP Wide FoV
Is it possible to achieve sub-second end-to-end latency when displaying live streaming video using APMP (Apple Projected Media Profile) with Wide FoV? APMP supports HLS playback, but my understanding is that standard HLS introduces several seconds of latency. I would like to know whether APMP (especially Wide FoV) supports Low-Latency HLS, or if there are inherent limitations that make sub-second latency impractical. If APMP is not suitable for this use case, are there any recommended alternatives within AVFoundation or related frameworks for rendering wide-FoV live video with very low latency? white gap between objects in RealityView
I want to display a huge image in RealityView in 3d space on Vision Pro. of course instead of one giant file I'm using a lot of big images. to achieve this, I'm generating multiple planes exactly beside each others and put each image on them. although the planes are exactly beside each others but there is still a white gap between them.(image below) **Does anybody know how to fix this issue? **

VisionPro Enterprise.license file
I have read in the apple documentation and on forums that in order to access the camera and capture images on VisionPro, both an Entitlement and an Enterprise.license are required. I already have the Entitlement, but I don’t yet have the Enterprise.license. I would like to ask: is the Enterprise.license strictly required to gain camera access for capturing images? How can I obtain this file, and does it require an Enterprise account? Currently, my developer account is a regular Developer 99$, not an Enterprise account.

Building a Full Space app that enables sharing a visionOS experience with nearby users.
Hello, I am currently considering developing a Full Space app that enables a shared visionOS experience with nearby users. Intended Features A Mixed Full Space app in which dozens of 3D models are placed in the space. These 3D models may play embedded animations when tapped, be programmatically moved or rotated, or be controlled via Reality Composer Pro timelines. The app also includes audio, spatial audio, videos with audio, and videos without audio, which are rendered as VideoTextures on planes and played back in the space. Some media elements play automatically, while others are triggered by user interaction. However, it is unclear whether AVPlaybackCoordinator supports shared playback across multiple types of media, such as: audio only spatial audio video without audio video with audio I am also unsure whether there are alternative or recommended approaches for synchronizing playback in this scenario. Questions Is it technically possible to implement the experience described above using visionOS? Are there any important implementation considerations or limitations that should be taken into account? For example, when two participants experience the app simultaneously, how is the content positioned for each participant? Is the spatial placement of content shared across participants, or is it positioned relative to each participant’s viewpoint? For nearby participants, is it necessary to register a spatial Persona? My understanding is that spatial Personas are not visible for nearby users during the experience; is this correct? When experiencing SharePlay with nearby users, is it possible to share the experience without registering the other participant’s contact information? Object tracking capability not available
Hi there, I received an enterprise license file to include enhanced object tracking configuration for the Vision Pro. My account is part of the team which got the allowance from Apple to use this capability. Unfortunately, although I followed the guide, I do not find the Object Tracking capability when I try to add it to my project. There are other capabilities like Main Camera on the Vision Pro, but not for Object Tracking. I am using Xcode 26.1 and visionOS 26.1. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance, Matthias

I am developing an IOS App that allow users to scan rooms, view the scans on device, and add notes. I need to preserve actual geometry (odd angles, chamfers, fixtures), not simplified RoomPlan boxes. Are there any easy ways to incorporate high quality texture mapping or PBR? Where is the documentation for scene reconstruction?

some meet with apple videos not appearing on developer app, but in YouTube

If APMP is not suitable for this use case, are there any recommended alternatives within AVFoundation or related frameworks for rendering wide-FoV live video with very low latency? white gap between objects in RealityView
I want to display a huge image in RealityView in 3d space on Vision Pro. of course instead of one giant file I'm using a lot of big images. to achieve this, I'm generating multiple planes exactly beside each others and put each image on them. although the planes are exactly beside each others but there is still a white gap between them.(image below) **Does anybody know how to fix this issue? **

VisionPro Enterprise.license file
I have read in the apple documentation and on forums that in order to access the camera and capture images on VisionPro, both an Entitlement and an Enterprise.license are required. I already have the Entitlement, but I don’t yet have the Enterprise.license. I would like to ask: is the Enterprise.license strictly required to gain camera access for capturing images? How can I obtain this file, and does it require an Enterprise account? Currently, my developer account is a regular Developer 99$, not an Enterprise account.

I’ve seen the sample projects and videos, but they usually start in the middle, assuming you already have the assets created.

Building a Full Space app that enables sharing a visionOS experience with nearby users.
Hello, I am currently considering developing a Full Space app that enables a shared visionOS experience with nearby users. Intended Features A Mixed Full Space app in which dozens of 3D models are placed in the space. These 3D models may play embedded animations when tapped, be programmatically moved or rotated, or be controlled via Reality Composer Pro timelines. The app also includes audio, spatial audio, videos with audio, and videos without audio, which are rendered as VideoTextures on planes and played back in the space. Some media elements play automatically, while others are triggered by user interaction. However, it is unclear whether AVPlaybackCoordinator supports shared playback across multiple types of media, such as: audio only spatial audio video without audio video with audio I am also unsure whether there are alternative or recommended approaches for synchronizing playback in this scenario. Questions Is it technically possible to implement the experience described above using visionOS? Are there any important implementation considerations or limitations that should be taken into account? For example, when two participants experience the app simultaneously, how is the content positioned for each participant? Is the spatial placement of content shared across participants, or is it positioned relative to each participant’s viewpoint? For nearby participants, is it necessary to register a spatial Persona? My understanding is that spatial Personas are not visible for nearby users during the experience; is this correct? When experiencing SharePlay with nearby users, is it possible to share the experience without registering the other participant’s contact information? Object tracking capability not available
Hi there, I received an enterprise license file to include enhanced object tracking configuration for the Vision Pro. My account is part of the team which got the allowance from Apple to use this capability. Unfortunately, although I followed the guide, I do not find the Object Tracking capability when I try to add it to my project. There are other capabilities like Main Camera on the Vision Pro, but not for Object Tracking. I am using Xcode 26.1 and visionOS 26.1. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance, Matthias

Best approach for high-quality textured room reconstruction using ARKit / RoomPlan / Object Capture?
I am developing an IOS App that allow users to scan rooms, view the scans on device, and add notes. I need to preserve actual geometry (odd angles, chamfers, fixtures), not simplified RoomPlan boxes. Are there any easy ways to incorporate high quality texture mapping or PBR? Where is the documentation for scene reconstruction?
