When we try to login, the 2FA tells us to enter the code sent to our device. No one in our organisation knows what device this is going to. The back up requires us to receive a message or call to a phone number ending with 01. No one in our organisation has a number ending in 01 that it will accept.
Apple must have some other method for us to get back into our developer account. Can anyone advise what we can do?
