Ok so... I tried to get the remoteSecureElementPasses without implementing WCSessionDelegate inside the non-UI extension and without activating the WCSession and I don't know how but it works... So everything I do to get remoteSecureElementPasses is: "let paymentPasses = passLibrary.remoteSecureElementPasses".
