I know this is most of all a visual bug, but not being able to see what CLI apps have e.g. FDA is a serious bug.

We are insert into com.apple.ServiceManagement.daemons.modify most of the time. This means that on macOS 26.1 that the focus issue happens a lot. Hoping Apple can come up with a solution

You cannot give sshd-keygen-wrapper or other CLI apps Full Disk Access even though they have a bundle ID as it is right now in macOS 26.1.

Have you found a workaround for this?

But right now it is not possible to give sshd-keygen-wrapper Full Disk Access by clicking the add button in the UI. Only by draging it in from Finder and even then it is not showing in the UI that you gave it Full Disk Access. To me that is a critical bug?

Would be nice to get some information from Apple about if this is a bug or if they are restricting the permissions to .app only

For the endpoint security it shows nothing about distribution in the popover, but it says "Development Developer ID" in provisioning support. I'm not sure that means if it is development only or also Developer ID distribution?
