I found a solution. What you wanna do is, get the video you want or the Live Photo. Download the app called ‘intolive’ …. Click live wallpaper, now select the video/live photo, and it’ll ask you to trim it down and then it will export as live wallpaper compatible with ios 18. Hope this helps!
