Well, that’s a bummer. So basically what you’re saying is: DTS no longer offers any real, first-hand support and has pretty much shut down its service altogether?
Sure, moving support to forums sounds like a good idea — more people, more visibility, more shared knowledge. Theoretically. But that only works if you actually bother to answer questions there. Ignoring both emails and forum posts equally? Brilliant strategy. That really helps… no one.
