Reply to Xcode 16 Beta: Predictive Code Completion failing to install
Same issue. M3 max 16" mbp. xcode 16.1. not downloading predictive code or ios 18 simulator. Have tried removing xcode and reinstalling, both 16.1 again and 16.2 beta. Have tried multiple restarts. No Luck.
