Wow this approach is so good, clean and efficiency, i don't know how i couldn't read anything about using MKRect instead of MKCoordinationRegion, but, since visibleRect is no longer a MKCoordinationRegion and its a MKRect, how can i implement the buttons por zoom in and zoom out if the coordinates from MKRect are only to get it instead of set it.
