Hi, Were you able to find a solution to this issue? I’m also from Kosovo and I’m experiencing exactly the same problem. I have “Kosovo Region” selected under State/Province/Region, but I keep getting the same error with the invalid value “1549” when trying to complete the payment. I’ve been trying to resolve this as well, so I would really appreciate it if you could let me know if you found any workaround or solution. Thank you!
