I’m having the same issues, what worked for me for iPhone was converting my .ipa to .zip and unzipping the file and installing the file that’s in the folder of the unzipped file, it worked for iOS but not tvo, hope this issue gets fixed soon, I might install the Xcode 15.0.1 beta just to see if it fixes the issue
