Solved!!! Using an app built to solve the problem: eqMac, on github or eqmac.app. Took me two years :)

Someone made an app it's here on github (eqMac) https://github.com/bitgapp/eqMac It's been working for like 20+ mins now and my chronically bad laptop is now pumping out crystal clear tunes
