Solution which worked for me is. My project is in Objective-c and i selected the .m file (which is giving error) and from File Inspector i checked the target. it works!

I setup the per app VPN using MDM, after steps MDM provided a profile to install on iPhone. that profile didn't contains the VPNUUID & ProviderType. My Queries are: 1- From where I can get this VPNUUID & ProviderType? 2- what's steps should I follow after getting these? 3- what will be the updating in my NEPacketTunnelProvider?

from Xcode 14.3.1 I never faced this issue again. Cheers! for people using older version of Xcode, the problem will not make any problem during App Store submission.
