If you use latest Xcode14.3.1, you can see:
Cannot load underlying module for AVFoundation.
But there are no problems in the old version Xcode14.3

today 03-29-2023 after updates: iPhone13mini iOS 16.4
MacBook M2 Ventura 13.3
Xcode 14.2===> "iPhone failed to prepare the device for development." :-(
