I've been waiting three and a half business days so far. My order number is W1651662260

Is it possible Apple are not even seeing these accounts have been paid for and are waiting to be approved? Maybe another step needs to be completed but it is not showing for people? Can someone confirm whether this is the case or not?

I enrolled on Saturday 31st January 2026. I've heard nothing back yet.

Yes, I have encountered this situation as well. The payment was taken immediately. The Apple Developer website still said "Purchase your membership..." as if it was not purchased. It took Apple a week to get back to me. They are still processing my application now. Hopefully things will progress soon.
