I'm not able to download my Private key since Yesterday and I get the following error message when I click on "Download"
Auth Key can only be downloaded once. This auth key has already been downloaded.
I revoked all my existing keys and created new ones and I get the same error message. I tried all the mentioned solutions on this forum and StackOverflow like using Safari, turning off VPNs,removing spaces from Key name, using my iPhone, using a Mac, incognito/private mode on Windows Microsoft Edge, clicking done then pressing download after, right clicking on download Linked File as...nothing seems to work

We are implementing a report of all cancelled subscribers to our mobile App called SweetLifeSaver. We would like to identify the subscription date and the cancellation date for all such users. How do we get this information?
Hi, I paid by credit card to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. I received the invoice by email, and it's been more than two business days and the dashboard still appears as shown in the screenshot below.
It says the following (in Portuguese):
"Purchase the subscription. To continue your subscription, complete your purchase now."
Hi everyone,
I submitted the required documents to upgrade my Apple Developer account from Individual to Company via the D-U-N-S and identity verification forms.
It's been a long time, but I haven’t received any response or update from Apple yet. The status is still “waiting for review.”
We are ready to test and upload our apps, but we’re blocked until the account is converted.
Has anyone else experienced this delay recently?
If you’ve been through this and have any advice, I’d really appreciate your help or insights.
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
We’re using the Apple WeatherKit API in our application and would like to better understand how the conditionCode field is determined in the hourly data.
In particular, we have encountered cases where both rain and strong winds occurred within the same hour, but the conditionCode returned was related to wind (e.g. windy), even though rain was present and more relevant to our use case.
Could you please clarify:
What is the logic or prioritization used by WeatherKit when selecting the conditionCode for an hourly period that includes multiple weather events?
Is rain ever prioritized over wind in this field? If so, under what conditions?
Since precipitation has more impact for our analyses and decision-making than wind, understanding how this field is computed is important for us.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
I’ve submitted several requests over the past days to get help updating the corporation information on my existing, paid Apple Developer account. So far, all I’ve received are automated emails saying “Thanks for contacting Apple Support”—each with a new case ID, but no actual progress.
I even tried requesting a phone call multiple times, but that too just resulted in the same meaningless email with yet another case number. Not a single person has contacted me, and the issue remains completely unresolved.
This is deeply frustrating and unacceptable, especially when the matter is time-sensitive. It feels like all support channels are shut off. I'm honestly shocked at how unresponsive and ineffective Apple Developer Support has become.
I need urgent, human help. How do I escalate this beyond automated replies?
Would appreciate if someone from Apple or the community can point me in the right direction.

Hi everyone,
I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program membership. The payment was successful, and Apple Support confirmed that I already have a membership (Case ID: 102656430038). However, my account still doesn’t show any developer privileges, and I’m unable to access the program features.
When I try to re-purchase, I get a message saying I already have a membership. Later, I received a message from Developer Support stating that my enrollment couldn’t be completed, with no clear explanation.
Has anyone else faced this issue?
What could be the reason, and how can I resolve it?
If I can’t use the program, I’d like to know how to get a refund or what steps to take for a successful enrollment next time.
Thanks,
Satvir Singh

Can someone tell me how to unenroll from the developer program?
We executed the iOS package using UE5.5 on Windows. UE automatically launched the "Metal Developer Tools for Windows". I tried two versions, 5.3 and 4.4. I found that the metal.exe sometimes had no response or output was empty. The problem of no response could be alleviated by adding timeout retries, but the problem of empty output seemed to have no effect with retries. The actual command line called was: metal.exe -v --target=air64-apple-darwin18.7.0. UE relies on this output to determine the version number, and if it cannot get it, it will crash directly.
During our replication test, we used a Python script to run multiple concurrent executions of the command "metal.exe -v --target=air64-apple-darwin18.7.0". On different Windows machines, it would get stuck at a certain concurrency level. Some machines even got stuck when running two tasks concurrently.
We would like to ask for solutions or available versions.
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep getting stuck in a frustrating loop.
After logging in, I’m asked to agree to the Apple Developer Agreement. I accept the terms, but then it redirects me to an error page that says:
“You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement. Continue to your account or sign out.”
When I click “Continue to your account,” it just brings me back to the same agreement page—and the cycle repeats endlessly.
To make things worse, I can’t contact Apple Developer Support because I apparently need an active account to do so, which puts me right back into the same loop.
I’ve also tried enrolling from different Apple devices, but I keep receiving this error:
internal exception occurred
ErrorCode: 991991
ErrorMessage: The request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround?
I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to break out of this loop or get in touch with Apple support.
Thanks in advance!

I have created my first subscription and pay wall, everything works 100% in testing, however when it comes to launching to Apple for review I feel like I get caught up in a chicken and egg issue which never resolves.
When the product goes in to waiting for review it can no longer be displayed or fake purchased on my Superwall paywall. If it doesn't display apple can't approve and this goes on and on.
If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

hi
I logged in with the ADM user on the platform, and I'm trying to add a new user with a DEV profile. When I go through the step of verifying the connection code, an error simply appears: "It is not possible to create your account at this time." I've already changed my browser, I've already changed my phone, but the same error persists.
我们在生产环境中通过日志监控,发现部分线上用户出现了如下异常行为:
Transaction.updates
Hi All,
Posting here after completely spinning our wheels with Apple Business Support AND Apple Developer Support thus far.
Problem:
Our team of Developers have been using Corporate e-mail addresses (companyname.com) as Apple Developer Accounts. A couple of months ago we enrolled in Apple Business and enrolled our .com domain under management. Developers and others were given 30 days to enroll their accounts manually at the end of which it would be done automatically.
One of our Developers did the manual transition with the result that his Developer Account "came with him" i.e. signing certificates and whatnot. Our Master Developer - my term, sorry if incorrect reference to the primary Developer Account - did nothing and his e-mail address but not his Developer Account was "forcibly" enrolled. The result being that he lost access to his Developer Account.
Apple Support explained that the Developer Account had automatically been assigned a temporary access in the format "user dot name-company dot com at temporary.appleaccount.com". Great, all the Developer needs to do is to log in and follow the immediate prompting to assign a new valid e-mail address.
Unfortunately, any address that the User enters is accepted and a verification code is expected. But no verification code is ever received. Not in our Corporate e-mail gateway under a working alias, not in other private accounts. Not in Spam, Junk etcetera. Something is inhibiting the change.
The Developer is now stuck because he cannot log in in order to create his own support ticket. I have done so on his behalf, explained clearly the issue, received a link to an open page that does not require authentication, and he created a new ticket. The response comes again back from L1 Support on how to recover or change your login e-mail. Absolutely no recognition of the problem that has been clearly and repeatedly documented. (Bangs head against wall in frustration.)
Questions:
Is this Problem Description clear? If not PLEASE ask for clarification!
Does anyone recognise this issue?
Does anyone have a solution OR a way to reach the appropriate level in Apple Developer Support SO THAT our key Certificates etcetera that are no longer accessible in this "blocked" account can be recovered!
Thanks for reading ☺

Hello Apple Developer Support / Community,
I’m reaching out for help regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment.
It’s been 12 days since I submitted all the required documents (photo ID, business verification, and company registration documents. I also replied to the email as instructed.
Seven days ago, I received a response from a Senior Advisor saying the case was being reviewed and that I’d receive a reply soon—but nothing since then. The status still shows "Your enrollment is being processed."
This delay is now affecting my business operations and launch timelines.
I’ve done everything required—uploaded all documents, responded to support emails—but no progress or updates.
Has anyone experienced similar delays? Is there any way to escalate this?
Thank you in advance for any advice or assistance.
Best regards,
Gustave

Hello Apple Developer Support and Community,
RE: #102631841612
I am currently stuck in App Store migration hell. My app’s migration has been blocked for over 14 days due to an error in our latest build and it was during a prolonged and delayed migration with Apple. I have requested 14 days now to pause the migration to allow us to upload a new build. This is ruining my brand and reputation. I'm at the hands of Apple support but this truly is unacceptable service. I need HELP. PAUSE the migration asap.
I have emailed Apple support repeatedly for two weeks requesting a pause on the migration so I can update a new build, but no response so far. I’ve also tweeted, tagged Apple’s channels, and followed all official steps with no success.
This delay is severely impacting my users and business, and I need an immediate resolution or a way to pause the migration so I can fix this error and get my app working again.
Please, if anyone from Apple Developer Support or the community has advice, contact, or workaround to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it. I am including screenshots of the error (without sensitive info) below.
Thank you for your urgent attention.

Despite following all the support information and YouTube tutorials I cannot get my AirPods Pro 2 to take the OS 26 beta firmware. My iPhone 14 Pro Max showed the option once now it does not give me the option. I get it on my Mac mini (M2). It still doesn't update.
