Hi, I'm inquiring about becoming a Payment Service Provider (PSP) by Apple, in order to recieve encrypted tokens from our merchants and decrypt them on our payment gateway PCI Complient server. I've gone through your developers api documents and could not find follow through process. What I understand that - Organization must be enrolled in the Apple Developer program ($99/year): https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/ Create your unique Apple Pay merchant ID Sign in the Apple Developer and fill out the submission form (https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/apple-pay-web-merchant-registration-api) to request access to the API Set up your Payment Processing Certificate and Merchant Identity Certificate But the above steps does not talk about - How we need to decrypt apple pay token on our server Validate/Authenticate the token Send response back to merchant Any additional steps that I missed ? I’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment since decemeber 2024 so now in June 2025 - 6 months of no solutions We have tried all everything, emailed every possible support on developer website, tried mutliple cards and accounts, withdraw enrolment, re-enroll nothing. We even spoke to local Apple Head Office to try and get help to no avail. Customer senior management support even could not help or escalate nothing – But I don’t know what’s really going on or what to do next PLEASE HELP US We are from South Africa

In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Tried enrolling both from the web and from the Apple Developer app on an iPhone. Used multiple valid credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Waited over 48 hours for confirmation or email—still nothing. No charges appear on my bank account either. I submitted a support request via the official Developer Support page but haven’t received any reply. I’m located in TUNISIA, and my Apple ID region matches my billing info and card. Since then I don't have any updates, tried to contact support, but they said that they can't help as legal team is reviewing. So I wanted to ask is it ok to wait for 6 weeks? I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? Hello, I’m facing an issue with my developer account enrollment and would appreciate your guidance. I created an account and gave access to my developer to assist with the process. After I completed the payment, I didn’t proceed with enrollment immediately. Later, my developer attempted to enroll on my behalf, but he mistakenly submitted his own personal information instead of mine. Now, whenever we try to enroll, we keep encountering errors. I believe this is due to the incorrect identity information that was submitted earlier. I would like to update the enrollment details with my correct personal information so I can complete the process properly.
