Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Migration from individual to organisation account - 2 months pending
Hi I enrolled in the Apple Developer program 2 months ago and immediately upon enrolling, I requested a migration from an individual to an organisation membership. This processed has significantly delayed the publication of my apps. I have received 2 case numbers with the latest being case ID 102933236128. I have received emails stating that I have a developer support team member who is assisting me but I have to wait for days on end to receive feedback to my emails and I have yet to receive any feedback to message sent using the Apple Support Messaging Link. May someone please advise on: How to expedite my migration process that still shows as in progress? Any other way I can contact the developer support team member assigned to my case number? Thanks.

Sign Up Not Completed" for every new App ID on our team; older App ID works — FB23726069
Native Sign in with Apple fails with "Sign Up Not Completed" inside the AuthenticationServices sheet for every NEWLY registered App ID on our team (V4DCPCSM54) — including a clean-room probe App ID created via the ASC API with the capability enabled at creation — while an App ID registered in 2025 on the same team works. Entitlements, profiles, and capability config are all verified correct; capability toggle and fresh builds change nothing. This matches the server-side registration issue described in thread 790827. Filed as FB[23726069] with full details. Would appreciate DTS taking a look — this is currently blocking our App Store review (rejected 2.1(a)).

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Issue
I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. Following Apple's instructions, I developed an app on my Mac, signed in with the Apple ID that I want to use for the Developer Program, and attempted to enroll. However, I consistently receive the following error: "Unable to continue. Contact support at https://developer.apple.com/contact/." I contacted Apple Developer Support and a support ticket (102918021274) was created during the first week of June 2026. Since then, I've provided all the requested information, including screen recordings and other evidence. The support team later informed me that the case had been escalated to the Operations team and was being handled as a priority. It has now been more than two weeks since the escalation, and I still haven't received any update or resolution. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Is it normal for the Operations team to take this long to investigate an enrollment problem after all the required evidence has already been provided? Also, does Apple have any service-level agreement (SLA) or expected turnaround time for resolving Developer Program enrollment cases? Any insights or suggestions from others who have gone through this process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Company Developer Enrollment Error: "Already registered with another Apple ID" (D-U-N-S Number Locked?)
Hey everyone, running into a frustrating loop with Apple Account enrollment and hoping someone has a workaround.Last year, we applied for an organization account and got an Enrollment ID. We didn't finish the process. Now, a year later, I am trying to complete it. I am logged into the exact same Apple Account email we used last year. When I try to submit the organization form, it throws a hard error saying our company is already registered with another Apple ID. It seems our D-U-N-S number is locked to last year's "pending" state, but because a year passed, the system is viewing our current attempt as a duplicate instead of a continuation.I've sent an email to developer support, but has anyone dealt with this exact error before? Is there a way to force the dashboard to show the old pending enrollment instead of the "Enroll Now" screen? Any advice on how to get Apple to quickly unlock a stuck D-U-N-S number would be amazing. Thanks!

Unable to Purchase Apple Developer Program – "Not Available in Your Country/Region" Error (Mobile) and "Unable to Continue" Error (MacBook)
Hi, I am trying to complete the payment for my Apple Developer Program enrollment under my organization DigiSutra. I am facing two different errors depending on the device I use: On Mobile (iPhone): When I try to purchase/subscribe to the Apple Developer Program, I get the error: "Unable to Purchase – This item is currently not available in your country/region." On MacBook: When I try the same purchase, the process shows "Unable to Continue" and does not proceed further. I have already completed my D-U-N-S Number verification and all required organization details under the legal entity name DigiSutra. My Apple ID region and billing details are correctly set to India. I have tried this on multiple devices (iPhone and two separate MacBooks) using the same Apple ID, and the issue persists consistently — so this does not appear to be a device-specific issue. Could you please help me understand: Why the App Store is showing the Developer Program as unavailable in my region despite my account being set to India? Whether this is related to my organization enrollment/D-U-N-S verification still being in review on Apple's end? What steps I need to take to successfully complete this purchase? Account details: Organization: DigiSutra Country/Region: India Errors: "Not available in your country/region" (iOS), "Unable to Continue" (macOS) Looking forward to your assistance in resolving this at the earliest, as this is blocking my organization's app publishing process. Thank you, Jaimik Patel DigiSutra

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Rejected — No Reason Given, Nigerian Applicant
Hi everyone, I recently applied for the Apple Developer Program as an Individual and my enrollment was rejected without a specific reason being provided. The rejection message only said to contact Apple Developer Support, which I did via email yesterday but haven't received a response yet. Some context that might be relevant: I am above 18 years old and my ID reflects this. I am a Nigerian applicant using a Nigerian ID. I am applying as an Individual, not an Organization. My Apple ID name matches my ID exactly Two-factor authentication is enabled on my account I have read that Apple's automated ID verification system can sometimes have difficulty with Nigerian ID formats. I am not sure if this is the cause of my rejection or if there is something else I need to address. Has anyone experienced this as a Nigerian applicant or know what the most common causes of rejection are at the ID verification stage? And is there any other way to reach Apple Developer Support beyond email, as the phone option does not appear to be available in my region? Any help appreciated. I am eager to get enrolled and start submitting to the App Store. Thanks

Your enrollment in the apple developer program could not be completed at this time
I don't understand what I should do to join the Apple Developer Program. I've already tried using the "Developer" mobile app, but the "Enroll now" button is not available. I've also tried using the website, but it showed an error message: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." I've contacted Apple support, and they replied: "...We can't continue with your enrollment at this time...". Sorry, but what did you say? I ask those who have already gone this way to give me some advice. What should I do? I am a regular developer who was about to publish my IOS app on the AppStore. I put a lot of effort and time into it and ended up with this obstacle...

Active Apple Developer Program membership, but account still not restored after identity verification review
Hello, I’m posting a new thread in case anyone has seen this before. My Apple Developer Program membership is paid and should remain active until March 10, 2027, but my account suddenly lost access to membership-related resources. Current symptoms: developer.apple.com/account shows “Join the Apple Developer Program” In Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get: “Team ID is not associated with an active membership.” A few weeks ago, I received a “We need more information” email asking for ID and proof of address. I did upload the requested documents, and after contacting Developer Support in China, I uploaded them again as a second submission. Developer Support in China has confirmed that the issue is related to an additional identity verification review, and that my second submission was forwarded to the relevant internal team. My Team ID is: 84FV5VNGS2 My China Developer Support case number is: 102922928162 But after about 3 weeks, the account is still not restored. Has anyone had a similar case? If so: how long did it take? did Apple manually restore the membership / team linkage? was there anything else you needed to do besides waiting? Any similar experience would be appreciated. Thank you.

TestFlight Not Working – Internal Testers Can't Install & External Testing Fails
Hello, I'm facing a TestFlight issue that started some time after renewing my Apple Developer Program membership. Issue: Builds upload and process successfully in App Store Connect. Internal testers cannot install any build. TestFlight shows: "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist." Submitting a build for external testing always fails with: "There was an error processing your request." This is happening with every new build and has been occurring for over a last two week. The app had been distributed through TestFlight successfully before this issue started.

Our organization team has been unable to notarize anything for two months. Nothing has changed in two months. Also filed as Feedback Assistant report. Environment: notarytool 1.1.2 (41), macOS 26.5.2. Ask: could someone from Apple please escalate this to the notary service / Developer ID operations team so that Team T24AV8CUXS is configured for notarization? This is a pure account-provisioning flag; the support loop has not reached whoever can flip it. Happy to provide any further details here or in the FB report.

Apple Developer Program enrollment rejected after failed identity verification — unable to retry or submit documents manually
Hello, I am having an issue completing my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program and would appreciate guidance from Apple Developer Support or anyone who has experienced a similar situation. I initially applied for the Apple Developer Program, but during the payment stage, Apple did not accept my payment method. I tried several debit and credit cards registered in my own name, but none of them were accepted. I contacted Apple Developer Support and was advised to continue the enrollment process through the Apple Developer app. Support enabled the identity-verification process for my account, and everything worked correctly until the passport-scanning step. During the passport scan, the app captured a blurred image. I wanted to rescan the passport, but the app did not give me an option to retake the image and submitted it. Approximately 5–10 minutes later, the identity verification was rejected. After that, I contacted Apple Developer Support again, explained that the passport image had been captured incorrectly, and requested either: another opportunity to complete the identity verification; manual identity verification; or a secure method to submit my passport and any other required documents. I made it clear that I am ready to provide any documentation necessary to verify my identity. However, I received the following response: “We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs.” Since receiving this message, I have not received any further explanation or response. I am also unable to restart the enrollment process. I currently receive the following message: “Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” My support case numbers are: 102885570056 102931611778 I believe the rejection was caused by the blurred passport image captured by the Apple Developer app, rather than a problem with my identity or documents. I was not given an opportunity to review or retake the image before it was submitted. Could Apple Developer Support please clarify: Whether my enrollment can be manually reviewed; Whether the identity-verification process can be reset so I can scan my passport again; Whether I can securely provide my passport and supporting documents directly to Apple; Whether this rejection is permanent or whether I may submit a new enrollment request. I am a legitimate applicant from Azerbaijan and am fully prepared to provide my original passport, payment information, proof of address, or any other documentation required through an official and secure Apple channel. I am not requesting that my identity be verified publicly through the forum. I only need assistance restoring the verification process or having my case escalated to the appropriate enrollment team. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, Eshgin Shirinov

Urgent Escalation – Apple Developer Program
Subject: Urgent Escalation – Apple Developer Program Enrolment Delayed Despite Repeated Document Submission (Cases 102942660738 / 102918832132) Dear Apple Developer Program Support, I am writing on behalf of BFELG UK Ltd (trading as Black Leadership Group) to formally escalate our Apple Developer Program application, which has now been ongoing for several months without resolution despite repeated engagement with Apple support teams and multiple submissions of the requested documentation. Our organisation has successfully completed verification and approval for Apple Business; however, our Apple Developer Program enrolment remains unresolved. Relevant Case and Enrolment References Latest support case: 102942660738 Developer Support case: 102918832132 Previous support case: 102915915845 Original Developer enrolment ID: CCN8762L4K Current Developer enrolment ID: 8CKNF7K665 Summary of Events In May 2026, Black Leadership Group submitted an application to join the Apple Developer Program. Apple subsequently requested proof of identity and organisational authority, including: Government-issued photo identification Employment verification Certificate of Incorporation / Companies House documentation These documents were provided through Apple's secure upload process. Despite this, we continued to receive requests for the same documentation. Apple indicated that it was unable to verify my identity and association with the organisation and requested the same evidence again. During the process we also encountered an account access issue which prevented us from signing into the Apple Developer account. After being redirected between support teams, access was eventually restored and the Developer enrolment had to be resubmitted under a new enrolment ID. Following restoration of access, we again submitted all requested identity, employment and company documentation. Apple subsequently acknowledged receipt of those documents and advised that they would be reviewed. However, on 14 July 2026, we received yet another notification requesting documentation that had already been uploaded multiple times. At that point we advised Apple Support that this was at least the third occasion on which the same documents had been submitted without any meaningful progress being made on the application. Impact on Our Organisation Black Leadership Group has developed an application that we intend to publish through the Apple ecosystem. The inability to complete Developer Program enrolment is now directly delaying our planned deployment and organisational activities. We have attempted to work through the standard support channels in good faith and have responded promptly to every request for information. However, the apparent absence of continuity between support cases and repeated requests for documents already supplied suggest that our application may require manual review by a senior member of the Developer Relations or Developer Program team. Request We respectfully request that Apple: Conduct a senior review of our Developer Program application. Confirm whether all previously submitted documentation has been received and is visible to the reviewing team. Identify any genuinely outstanding requirements preventing approval. Provide a named contact or escalation manager who can oversee the case through to completion. Confirm the current status of enrolment ID 8CKNF7K665. We would be grateful for a substantive response and a clear route to resolution, as this matter has now been ongoing since May 2026 despite repeated submissions and numerous support interactions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Naomi Shaw Organisation: BFELG UK Ltd (Trading as Black Leadership Group)

Organization Enrollment Still Processing — Enrollment ID: Organization Enrollment Still Processing — Enrollment ID: R8PRR42WRR
Hello, I am writing to request assistance regarding our Apple Developer Program organization enrollment, which has been stuck on "Your enrollment is being processed" for several months. Enrollment details: • Enrollment ID: R8PRR42WRR • Enrolling as: Company/Organization • Legal entity name: ZORLUTEKS TEKSTIL TICARET VE SANAYI ANONIM SIRKETI • D-U-N-S Number: verified and on file • All requested documents have been submitted We have not received any follow-up communication, additional document requests, or explanation for the delay. We have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times but have not received a resolution. This delay is blocking us from publishing two business applications on the App Store for our brands. Could an Apple team member please review our enrollment (R8PRR42WRR) and advise on what is required to complete the process? We are ready to provide any additional information immediately. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program contract already accepted
I had already accepted my Apple Developer Program License Agreement since the 20th of march 2026. But your banner stay in my business portal and say : "Le contrat de licence de l’Apple Developer Program a été mis à jour et doit être revu. Afin de pouvoir mettre à jour vos apps existantes et en soumettre de nouvelles, la personne titulaire du compte doit revoir et accepter le contrat mis à jour en se connectant à son compte." Please see if you don't have a bug and let me update my apps.

Active Apple Developer Program membership, but team suddenly shows as not associated with an active membership
My Apple Developer Program membership is paid and should still be active until March 10, 2027. This account had been working normally for several months, but recently I suddenly lost access to membership-related resources. Now when I sign in to developer.apple.com/account, it shows “Join the Apple Developer Program” instead of active membership details. When I try to create an Identifier in Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get this error: “Team ID is not associated with an active membership.” I have already confirmed: I am signed in with the same Apple Account used to purchase the membership the receipt shows the membership is active this problem started only recently, after months of normal use Has anyone seen this before? Did Apple Developer Support need to manually restore the membership or team linkage?

Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck on Pending after payment for too many day alreadys
Hi everyone, I completed the €99 payment for my Apple Developer Program enrollment six days ago, but the status is still Pending, even though Apple says processing may take up to 48 hours. The money has been debited, and I received the receipt, but my account has not been activated. I also opened a support case and received no reply. Today, I requested a callback through the "Get more help" form. Apple called me, but after I answered, I was left waiting for more than four hours without ever being connected to a support representative. This delay and lack of support are extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a paid service. How do I get this resolved?

Developer Program Enrollment Stuck
Hi all, My Individual enrollment (Turkey) got stuck after ID verification — instead of payment I got "Please contact us to continue your enrollment." I submitted the contact form days ago but haven't heard back yet. Has anyone gotten unstuck from this? Thanks!

Every notarization submission Rejected with status 7000 "Team is not yet configured for notarization" for 2 months — support cannot resolve (Team T24AV8CUXS)
Our organization team has been unable to notarize anything for two months. Every submission is Rejected with statusCode 7000, and Developer Support has not been able to resolve it across two cases and eight contacts. We are stuck and cannot distribute our app. Facts: Team: CopVPN, Inc. — Team ID T24AV8CUXS (organization membership, paid and active, all program agreements accepted by the Account Holder) Developer ID Application and Developer ID Installer certificates are issued and work: our signed .pkg builds and verifies cleanly with codesign/pkgutil Every notarytool submission since 15 May 2026 is Rejected with statusCode 7000. The log shows "issues": null — there is nothing wrong with the package; the team itself has never been enabled for the notary service. Latest submission log (verbatim): { "logFormatVersion": 1, "jobId": "a881050a-19b3-4ea6-a068-18b7d68996d7", "status": "Rejected", "statusSummary": "Team is not yet configured for notarization.
