I have the same problem with: https://download.developer.apple.com/developer_tools/watchos_19u66/watch4_3_19u66.dmg XCode tries to download it and it says: 403: forbidden Please help

Can't download the following symbols: https://devimages-cdn.apple.com/downloads/xcode/dsc/Watch3_3_19U66.dmg Access Denied

It looks quite impossible to develope code for Apple Watch. I also get the "Waiting for first unlock" message in XCode. Very sad.
