Same issue its been many many months now with newer Mac OS releases and multiple xcode versions but issue is still not resolved. MBP mid 2019

Still not fixed I don't know when will it be fixed For now I'm running Mac OS big sur and manually added device support files for ios 15.5 to test on real device when needed sometimes. And for simulators its working fine no crashes whatsoever. But yes you need to downgrade to Big Sur to make things work normally.

Go to settings on iPhone and turn off Bluetooth from there made the app run.

Same issue I tried with different Mac versions and different Xcode versions. Still no fix.
