I am in a similar situation. I have Australian and Indian both payment methods. I chose Indian assuming they would let me use UPI, but they only showed credit card option and didn't even ask cvv three digits. I filled my debit card details instead.
I am still in communication with them via emails. They say they have phone as a contact method, but it only shows timing not the actual numbers to ring to.
