I have been having the same experience.
I must ask, what sim card do you use? a physical sim or an eSIM? I have done so much research online for over a year now. Sim cloning, or phone emulating, juice jacking (charging your phone in a public space using public usbs)

my iCloud account seems less than it should be like I am missing all the extra things I should be able to control.
