Confirming that this happen even when user doesn't do anything directly related to source control on his own but I guess this may happen because XCode may do something on it's own related to source control and that's must be the case. Anyway I ended up using XCode 13 for now. This helps me. XCode 13 may be run on Ventura also if you run it's directly from XCode app's package
