Tried 13.2 RC2 this morning on my reasonably large MacOS/iOS/tvOS project which got scuttled by this problem in 13.1 - and yes it appears fixed!

Does seem to help. I had padding within GeometryReader in a few places. Removing the .padding() or its value seems to have fixed the problem - for now! I too am mystified…
