I have tried WatchConnectivity and it worked fine, but only in case the Watch app was a companion app basically under the same bundle identifier which I can not guarantee that the watch app will have the same bundle id as the game.

Thanks for responding. WatchConnectivity did work for me but both apps (Phone & Watch) have to be under the same bundle identifier or have the app group capability to be able to communicate between each other, and I can not guarantee that the watch app will have the same bundle identifier as the unity app. That is why I am looking for a Bluetooth option since it much more independent.

Thanks for responding. WatchConnectivity works but both apps has to have the same bundle Identifier (com.blah.blahblah) and I can not guarantee that the watch app will have the same bundle as my Unity game, that is it mainly my issue.
