this worked for me from this stackoverflow post Quit Xcode. Go to ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/UserData/Provisioning Profiles and delete all your profiles. (my provisioning profiles directory is different, this is just copied from the stack post) Relaunch Xcode. Try again.
