I had the same problem. Complete reinstallation of macOS solved it (Sequoia 15.2 and Xcode 16.2).

I’m experiencing the same issue with all my projects. The first time, I managed to create a new project, but afterward, I couldn’t open it anymore. I tried cleaning the build folder, derived data, caches, user preferences, etc., but none of these solutions helped. I also tried using Xcode 16.0 and 16.1, but without success. The current Xcode version is 16.2, and macOS is Sequoia 15.2.
