Hello, My individual enrollment was approved, I was prompted to pay, and the membership fee was charged successfully (debited from my bank, official receipt received by email). But my account still shows "Pending" and keeps displaying "Purchase your membership, complete your purchase now," well past the 48-hour window. App Store Connect is still inaccessible.
