Comment on Screen Time issues after transferring App developer account ownership
Sorry, we are unable to provide detailed logs as it is very difficult for us to recreate the conditions. Specifically, it would require using an old account to release a live version, then transferring it to a new account, and then using the new account to release a TestFlight version for testing. Due to this bug, we had to revert to the old account to ensure our business operations continue smoothly. Therefore, we hope you can use your backend programs to reproduce and fix the issue.
