Sadly Not, my MacBook is a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) which is not listed as compatible with Monterey according to https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT212551

Quick update, after evaluating the certificate using the right click option I noticed that the Organisational Unit was G4 and based on what I had seen in the Apple certificates link https://www.apple.com/certificateauthority/ there was a worldwide Developer Relations - G4 (Expiring 12/10/2030 00:00:00 UTC) certificate which was probably the only one I did not have in my keychain. After downloading this one my push services certificate had the green tick and was now valid.
