Same issue with iOS 15.4 Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.5 Xcode 13.2.1 Everything has last version. Spent hours to reboot, disconnect, unpair, switch off watch, back and forth, etc... Says "This operation can fail if the version of the OS on the device is incompatible with the installed version of Xcode" My iMac does not support Monterey, does it mean I can't develop on Xcode anymore ???
