Charged twice for the Developer Program, enrollment still pending after 2 weeks, no reply from support
Hi everyone, I am hoping someone here can help, or that an Apple moderator can point me in the right direction, because I am completely stuck. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on July 3 (order D004987225, $99). The enrollment stayed "Pending", so a few days later, on July 6, I ended up with a second order for the same one-year membership (order D004995789, another $99). So I have now been charged twice, $198 total, for a single membership — and to this day the enrollment is still not active. I have contacted Apple Developer Support almost every day since then. I get no real answer. A couple of days ago someone finally opened a refund request for me and promised a phone callback, but the call never came, and after that it went quiet again. At this point I don't even mind which way it gets fixed — either activate my membership and refund the duplicate charge, or refund both and let me start over. I just need a human at Apple to actually look at it. Has anyone been through the same thing — double charge and a stuck "Pending" enrollment? How did you finally get someone to respond? And if any Apple staff sees this, I can share my Case ID and order numbers privately. Thanks in advance.
