i got the same problem BUT thanks to @stgregg23 i fix it as stgregg23 says "I found a solution... On the "Prepare for submission" tab... Scroll down to the small "Age Rating" section on the left... Click the blue "Edit" button... Make the appropriate selections and resubmit... Godspeed." thanks @stgregg23
