Looks like I figured it out by looking at another application. It appears the Application Scene Manifest was missing?? Who knows what I did with that. Anyway I added it back and repopulated the Delegate Class Name - SceneDelegate Storyboard Name - Main Configuration Name - Default Configuration Oh well learning right??
