Hi Gary, did you get any joy with this? I am looking at a similar issue where Intune app protection blocks the native translate option, say in Outlook, I have tried various exemptions with no luck. I can see in the logs many protocols and have tried to exempt many of them like: com.apple.private.translation-ui com.apple.TranslationUIServices com.apple.TranslationUIServices.TranslationUIService.
